Candidates will play a crucial role in managing the ‘Day of Operations’ network schedule and executing recovery strategies during disruptions to ensure seamless operations with minimal impact.

Our Ideal Candidate skills consist of:

  • Good knowledge of crew flight time limitations and EASA regulations (desirable but not mandated as training will be provided)
  • Experience in an aviation operational environment (Preferred)
  • Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other EU language are advantages).
  • Skilled at thriving under pressure and adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Flight dispatcher training. A valid flight dispatcher license (CAA authorized) will be considered as an asset.

Role Overview

Legend Airlines is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance and Monitoring Manager responsible for ensuring that all organizational activities comply with EASA, RCAA, and company-specific standards. Compliance and Monitoring Manage plays a key role in supporting Legend Airlines’ commitment to safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

🎯 Main Duties & Responsibilities

a) Monitoring that established regulations and procedures in the fields of flight operations, continuing airworthiness management operations, maintenance operations, crew training and ground operations:

• Are adequate to ensure safe flight operations and airworthy airplanes,

• Are in accordance with all relevant EASA and RCAA regulations and with

all additional standards set by Legend Airlines.

b) Ensuring that Compliance Monitoring Program is properly established, implemented and maintained,

c) Ensuring that all items of Compliance Monitoring Program are finalized within the specified timescale,

d) Providing management with an independent assessment of corrective action implementation and completion,

e) Evaluating the effectiveness of corrective action through the follow-up process,

f) Participating to strategic planning of the goals of the Organization,

g) Establishes, implements, maintains and develops the Compliance Monitoring

System,

h) Verifies, by monitoring, that the activities in the fields of flight operations, continuing airworthiness management operations, maintenance operations, crew training and ground operations are carried out under the supervision of the relevant Nominated Person to the applicable standards required by the EASA, RCAA and/or set by Legend Airlines,

i) Performs the annual audit schedule,

j) Conducts audits and inspections in accordance with the annual audit schedule,identifies problems or non-compliance, asks for identification of the root cause(s) and for corrective solutions,

k) Related to audits:

• Coordinating with all parties involved and the management of the audit preparation follow up and closure,

• Issuing an Audit Report, recording findings and observations,

• Analyzing, summarizing and reviewing audit data, reports, findings and evidence to ensure corrective and preventive actions are satisfactory, making recommendations whenever necessary (ground operations),

• Reporting the audit results to the Auditee and relevant Nominated Person,

• Creating and maintaining audit checklists for ground operations,

• Completing the audit tasks in QM Smart, inserting all data in QM Smart including Findings/ Recommendations/ Observations, actions and root causes,

• Reviewing QM Smart, as a minimum, on a weekly basis to ensure the information is accurate, up-to-date, reminders are issued as appropriate and audit/finding status report can be accurately prepared.

l) Ensures that Compliance Monitoring Program covers all Organizational units involved in operations and operational staff training,

m) Verifies that the relevant manager takes corrective action in response to any finding and the action is implemented and completed (follow up and management evaluation),

n) Monitors the effectiveness of changes resulting from proposals for corrective actions identified by the Safety Management System,

o) Participates in Legend Airlines Safety Review Board,

p) Appoints for all Organization monitoring activities, auditors and/or experts with a relevant background,

q) Plans and ensure adequate training for auditors and all CM personnel involved in safety related tasks,

r) Represents Legend Airlines for liaison with different Authorities (including RCAA) in quality matters,

s) Promotes the quality awareness for all employees, stating that safety has first

priority in all and every action,

t) Promotes and disseminates periodic new information relating to changes in all

applicable regulation or quality issues.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

  • An extensive and thorough knowledge of CMS, safety concepts,  operational manuals, ground operations manual and other related manuals,
  • Completed quality and internal audit training,
  • Experience in implementing and/or managing an CMS,
  • Experience in conducting compliance monitoring audits and inspections,
  • Knowledge of aviation regulatory framework and relevant international and state civil aviation regulations,
  • Broad knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures and activities,
  • Knowledge and training in EU Reg. 1321/2014,
  • Human Factors training,
  • Fuel Tank Safety class 1 and 2 training,
  • The ability to communicate and relate at all levels both inside and outside the company,
  • 5 years’ work experience,
  • If holding an aviation related university degree, at least 2 years of experience in civil aviation, in an appropriate position,
  • If holding only full secondary school education degree, at least 5 years of experience in civil aviation.

📝 Role Overview

Legend Airlines is looking for a Cabin Crew Training Manager to manage cabin crew training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

📌 Responsibilities

  • The maintenance and promotion of flight safety and implementation of cabin procedures in relation to safety and training.
  • Ensuring alignment is accomplished between flight deck and cabin procedures.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of EASA and RCAA regulations pertaining to cabin crew.
  • Proposal and preparation of amendments to the cabin crew section of the cabin crew training manual OMD all proposed amendments must be discussed and agreed with the NPCT prior to production.
  • Working in conjunction with the NPCT to set up training and testing procedures for Cabin personnel to comply with statutory regulations and company policie sand procedures, including implementation of safety, emergency, and survival training for all cabin crew.
  • Produce and update lesson plans in accordance with EASA regulations and other statutory directives; ensuring alignment is accomplished between flight deck and cabin procedures.
  • Working in conjunction with the Crewing department to organize all internal and external training courses for both initial and recurrent safety training.
  • This will include course content, allocation of instructor(s) and provision for suitable classroom(s).
  • Ensuring training and testing procedures are carried out in accordance with OM D. Have a thorough working knowledge of cabin crew training records, working in conjunction with the Training Administrator to ensure paper work is accurate and filed in a timely manner.
  • The Cabin Training Manager will also make recommendations to the NPCT in relation to development of training records certification and where possible alignment should be accomplished between pilots and cabin crew training certificates.
  • The Cabin Training Manager shall carry out flying duties to maintain a high standard of personal proficiency in order to be able to accurately assess the competency of all other cabin crew personnel. Maintain sufficient computer skills to complete tasks efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of EASA regulations.
  • Experience in creating lesson plans, training manuals, and conducting assessments.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Active cabin crew license or experience flying duties is preferred.
  • Good computer skills for record keeping and administrative tasks.
